La doctrina internacional manifiesta su contenido y naturaleza. El primer documento que lo se\u00f1ala es la <em>Declaraci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas sobre el Medio Humano de Estocolmo<\/em>, adoptada en 1972. En el pre\u00e1mbulo reconoce la dignidad humana como causa eficiente y final de este derecho. Hace referencia, adem\u00e1s,\u00a0\u00a0 a las condiciones hist\u00f3ricas de su reconocimiento: la conciencia de que los entornos f\u00edsicos y biol\u00f3gicos que han permitido el desarrollo del ser humano y la biodiversidad pueden alterarse por causas antropog\u00e9nicas poniendo en riesgo la vida misma.<\/p>\n<p>En 1992 la <em>Declaraci\u00f3n de R\u00edo sobre Medio Ambiente y el Desarrollo <\/em>en el documento por primera vez vinculan la relaci\u00f3n que existe entre desarrollo, valores y derechos. Se declaran las realidades que existen entre medio ambiente y desarrollo la cual debe considerar a las generaciones presentes y futuras.<\/p>\n<p>Desde los a\u00f1os setenta, en M\u00e9xico, la protecci\u00f3n a un medio ambiente sano se convirti\u00f3 en prioridad se formularon una serie de reformas trascendentales, creando leyes e instituciones encargadas del cuidado y protecci\u00f3n introduce el de los ecosistemas naturales,por ejemplo, en 1971 se promulg\u00f3 la Ley Federal para Prevenir y Controlar la Contaminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La Ley General del Equilibrio Ecol\u00f3gico y la Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente,LGEEPA se cre\u00f3 con la intenci\u00f3n de ser la ley marco para ordenar el medio ambiente.Se incorpor\u00f3 a la legislaci\u00f3n mexicana, en 1988 con Los art\u00edculos 4 y 27 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos impulsada por Venustiano Carranza en 1917, haciendo alusi\u00f3n a la materia. El primero en su p\u00e1rrafo VI nos dicta el derecho a disfrutar de un medio ambiente adecuado para el desarrollo y bienestar,otro art\u00edculo, hace referencia al cuidado del suelo encaminado a la protecci\u00f3n de recursos como elementos para el desarrollo productivo y el \u00faltimo art\u00edculo hace alusi\u00f3nal derecho humano a un medio ambiente sano.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Derecho a un Medio Ambiente Sano<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El medio ambiente es todo lo que nos rodea y perciben nuestros sentidos. Debemos cuidar de no malgastar el agua, no tener luces prendidas, comer alimentos sanos, cuidar las plantas y los \u00e1rboles, no tirar basura en las calles, no contaminar el aire que respiramos y no hacer ruido. Estamosayudando a construir en un medio ambiente adecuado para nosotros y las futuras generaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Recuerda que tenemos derecho a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un nivel alto de Salud<\/li>\n<li>Calidad de vida; Alimentaci\u00f3n y Agua Potable<\/li>\n<li>Un Medio Ambiente sano para t\u00fa desarrollo F\u00edsico y Mental<\/li>\n<li>Participar en el cuidado al medio ambiente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0 Compartir los beneficios del progreso cient\u00edfico<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfSab\u00edas qu\u00e9? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00edez gotas de agua por minuto, <\/strong>Todas las personas tienen derecho a vivir en un ambiente adecuado y su deber es protegerlo. Una forma en la que podemos promover el cuidado de nuestro medio ambiente es aprender a utilizar<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cLa Ley de las 3Rs\u201d:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reducir:<\/strong> evita los envases de un s\u00f3lo uso, elimina el mal uso del agua.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reutilizar:<\/strong> el papel viejo para envoltorios, reutiliza las hojas de papel por los dos lados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reciclar:<\/strong> separa los materiales que componen la basura, recicla el agua de la lluvia o lavadora para uso del jard\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfSab\u00edas que?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Al reutilizar 100kg.
